At Paloma Wool, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
